The Tiffin Historic Trust (THT) is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors—an active and engaged group of community leaders representing a range of professional backgrounds and a shared commitment to historic preservation across Tiffin and Seneca County. The Board of Directors meets regularly to provide strategic direction, ensure organizational stewardship, and advance the mission of preserving and activating our community’s historic assets.

Tim McKee

President

Tim McKee serves as President of the Tiffin Historic Trust and is the CEO & Founder of Opus Management. Through his work, Tim partners with multiple nonprofit organizations across the country, helping them strengthen operations, strategy, and long-term impact. Outside of his professional and community leadership roles, Tim values time with his family and his dogs. He also enjoys entertaining and bringing people together—whether for a casual get-together or a special occasion.

Vice President

TJ McKee serves as Vice President of the Tiffin Historic Trust, Executive Director of the Tiffin Foundation for the Advancement of the Arts (TFAA), and contributes to the community through service on multiple local nonprofit organizations. A fan of music, theatre, and gaming, TJ brings creativity and energy to everything he does. He hopes to bring that same passion and momentum to the Trust—helping support its mission, strengthen community connections, and keep local history vibrant for future generations.

Jim Stultz

Member

Jim Stultz is a retired professional from Webster Ind. Inc. and a committed supporter of community service. He is an active member of several local, regional, and national not-for-profit organizations, contributing his time and experience to help strengthen the groups and causes he believes in. At home, Jim is equally hands-on—an experienced homeowner, builder, handyman, and gardener who enjoys creating, fixing, and improving the spaces around him. Known for his steady reliability and practical problem-solving, Jim brings a grounded, get-it-done mindset to everything he takes on.
