"To promote historic preservation in Tiffin by meetings, publications, tours, or other means. To act as a nonprofit organization to apply for and accept any grants that may be appropriate to further the cause of historic preservation. To promote and develop any plan for the preservation and restoration of Tiffin and to work with all interested groups and individuals to put this plan into effect".
